President & Cofounder

Adam is a performance marketing leader with 20+ years of experience helping global brands grow through affiliate, paid media, and digital strategy. He leads a team focused on building high-performing B2B affiliate programs for some of the world’s largest brands.

Before founding Partner Commerce, Adam co-founded and ran Converseon, where he built digital marketing programs for Hilton, Xerox, British Telecom, and The Vanguard Group. Earlier in his career, Adam led online marketing divisions at agencies like Young & Rubicam and Middleberg Euro RSCG, supporting brands like TheStreet.com and Britannica with innovative acquisition strategies.

Throughout Adam’s career, his focus has been on combining performance, data, and technology to deliver measurable business results. Whether scaling startups or supporting enterprise clients, he believes in building with clarity, forecasting with precision, and executing with intent.

Chief Operating Officer & Cofounder

Adam oversees agency operations and leads new client onboarding. Over his 15 years in the affiliate partnerships industry, Adam has had the fortune of working on all sides including agency, network, sub-network, publisher, and brand roles. This full-spectrum experience has given him a unique perspective on what each side values in driving successful campaigns.

Since 2020, Adam has focused exclusively on B2B affiliate programs, supporting growth for brands like Yelp, Stripe, TikTok, Google, Nextdoor, and Notion. He’s passionate about building systems that drive efficiency and long-term value for both clients and partners. At Partner Commerce, he is proud to help shape one of the industry’s leading agencies for B2B partnerships bringing structure, creativity, and operational clarity to every program we launch.

Jason Lilien

Vice President, Client Services

Jason brings two decades of marketing experience—with the past 10 years dedicated to building affiliate teams at top agencies. With a background across all major marketing channels, partnerships have always been at the core of his work, from big global strategic partnerships to integrated B2B affiliate programs.

Jason is passionate about data-driven strategy but believes the best solutions come from pushing beyond the obvious to find creative paths to growth. Previously, he led teams behind award-winning programs for brands like Oracle NetSuite, Getty Images, and BigCommerce, and today he’s excited to continue scaling some of the world’s largest programs at Partner Commerce—including Klaviyo, ClickUp, and TikTok for Business.

Inspired by all things international, Jason is currently based in Barcelona, doing his part to build the world’s best B2B affiliate agency—while also decoding the multilingual chatter of his two-year-old, who keeps him guessing between four languages.

Bernardo Castañeda

Director of Partner Development

Bernardo helps B2B SaaS companies unlock scalable growth through partner ecosystems and international expansion strategies.

Over the past decade, he has worked across growth stages, designing and executing affiliate, startup, channel, reseller and strategic partner programs for brands like QuestionPro, Pipedrive and PandaDoc.

Bernardo’s focus is on partner motions that drive revenue, accelerate customer acquisition, and build long-term value across stakeholders. He has had the benefit of working across client, partner, and agency sides of the ecosystem, which has shaped how he approachs program design, grounded in shared incentives, accountability, and measurable impact.

Currently, Bernardo leads the Partner Development team at Partner Commerce, where he helps some of the best brands in the B2B SaaS industry identify and execute disruptive and innovative partner strategies to fuel efficient, predictable growth.

He believes the future of B2B SaaS partnerships belongs to those who can build and orchestrate partner ecosystems with intention and scale.

Jordan leads marketing and brand at Partner Commerce, shaping how the agency shows up across web, events, and PR. She also drives internal culture, building the foundation for company-wide initiatives that strengthen how the team works together.

Before joining Partner Commerce, she managed affiliate programs in high-growth digital environments, working across departments to align strategy, reporting, and execution. That experience built a strong foundation in performance marketing and shaped how she approaches messaging, collaboration, and systems-building today.

Since joining the agency, she’s developed tools and rituals that support team connection across roles and time zones. Her approach is people-centered, with a focus on long-term alignment.

On the marketing side, Jordan leads strategy across channels, bringing a clear, consistent voice to the brand. She’s overseen a full brand refresh, managed a website overhaul, and built marketing programs that support recruiting, new business, and industry visibility.
